Balancing our Nervous Systems
One of the most important things we can do during times of stress, anxiety, or even full-on fight, flight, or freeze is remind our body that it can rest by balancing our nervous systems out. I explain the Parasympathetic and Sympathetic Nervous Systems in this video, as well as a quick exercise to balance them out. This is Part 1 of a 2-part series.
